Nosebleeds

I’m 48 years old and generally well, but I suffer from a lot of nosebleeds. I seem to have one every couple of days. I also get pain in my sinuses and regular headaches. Someone said I should get my blood pressure checked. Do you think that might be the problem? Nosebleeds that start out of the blue in someone of your age could be related to high blood pressure. On the other hand, contrary to popular belief, high blood pressure rarely presents with headaches. However, if I was your GP I would certainly want to know your blood pressure. If it?s normal I expect your sinuses may be to blame and your doctor will be able to advise you on that.
